Management Profile

 

Eddie Lee, CPA – CEO/CFO Project Management web

Mr. Lee founded E-CORP. in 2002. He has over 20 years of experience servicing small to multi-million companies with emphasis with construction contractors. As former Chief Financial Officer of a large general contracting firm, he successfully implemented tight construction accounting guidelines. He financially oversaw over $100 million dollars in federal contracts for his past employer. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Utah.

 

Shaun E. Froelich – COO - President

Mr. Froelich has over 25 years of construction management experience in a wide variety of fields, including over 18 years of federal construction experience. Mr. Froelich has been involved in federal contracts at over 50 different DoD locations and at over 50 additional federal sites. In the Society of American Military Engineers, Mr. Froelich has served as Post President, Post Vice President, Post Committee chair Post Director and SAME National Committee Chair.  He holds a BS degree from Brigham Young University.             

 

Dennis Toone – V.P. Utah Regional Manager

Mr. Toone has over 30 years of construction experience in a wide variety of fields, including over 8 years of federal construction management experience.   Mr. Toone has been involved in federal contracts at over 20 different DoD locations and at over 50 additional federal sites. 

 

Dean Jolly – Seattle Regional Manager

Mr. Jolly is an experienced construction professional with over 20 years managing design-build, hard bid, and negotiated projects for federal, state and local government agencies, as well as private sector owners.  He has worked on civil, industrial, retail, commercial, mixed-use and large scale government housing projects across the western states and throughout Alaska.  Many projects required managing logistic and constructability issues inherent with tight urban environments or remote sites in the arctic and sub-arctic regions.

 

Brian Madsen – Las Vegas Regional Manager

Mr. Madsen has more than 13 years of construction and construction management experience.  He has overseen projects for multiple federal government agencies including the Job Corp, Air Force and COE.  Mr. Madsen has over 7 years of AF SABER management experience executing over $25 million worth of projects from the estimating phase through project closeout.  Mr. Madsen has also managed a 5 year $40 million SABER contract.  Recent SABER contracts include Davis Monthan AFB in Tucson AZ and Nellis AFB in Las Vegas NV.

 

Brian Banz – Texas Regional Manager

Mr. Banz has over 20 years experience in the construction industry with 15 years in construction management, primarily in Federal Government IDIQ, MACC, MATOC and SATOC construction contracts.  Brian has successfully managed Federal Government contracts in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, Washington, Oregon, Georgia and Louisiana.

 

David Willis – Regional Manager

Mr. Willis has over 12 years experience in the construction industry, including a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.  His main areas of expertise in the construction field have focused on project management and on-time scheduling.  He is also experienced in numerous construction software applications.  Mr. Willis brings a high level of customer service and teamwork, along with his experience to your project.

 

John Stalder, Corporate Estimator

Mr. Stalder has over 14 years in the construction industry and has spent more than 12 of those years in estimating.  His construction experience ranges from low income subsidized multifamily housing and senior housing to high end residential condominiums and commercial projects ranging from retail and office space to high rises.  He has experience working on LEED and green build projects as well as design /build projects.  Mr. Stalder Graduated from Brigham Young University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.

 

Mike Watkins, Corporate Finance/Accounting

Mr. Watkins has over 8 years of experience in the construction industry.  He graduated from the University of Utah with a BS degree in Business Finance.

He takes great pride in making sure customers are satisfied and receiving timely information to make projects run smooth.  He currently works on the accounting and financial side of the company. 

 

Catherine Ford –Barbiero, Corporate Contract Administrator

Ms. Ford-Barbiero has over 20 years of experience in the Construction office support – from Office Manager to Construction Management Assistant / Coordinator at the jobsite and corporate office in both commercial and federal construction projects. Her experience involved handling project paperwork from the beginning to the closing out of construction projects. In more recent years her experience has involved federal construction projects’ paperwork at the project level and for the corporate office overseeing paperwork from the various project locations for the corporate office.  Ms. Ford-Barbiero has been a past member, past Vice President, past President with the local Salt Lake Chapter (#90) of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction).

Robert Lundskog – Senior Project Manager

Mr. Lundskog has more than 20 years of construction management experience.  He has managed many educational and government building construction projects.  Mr. Lundskog is also experienced in Design/Build projects.

Wes High – Senior Project Manager

Mr. High has more than 30 years of experience in general construction. Recent accomplishments have included the completion of over 10 million dollars of Grand Teton National Park Construction and completion of a high security FAA project at the Salt Lake International Airport.

 

Bob Heald – Project Manager

Mr. Heald has more than 20 years of construction management experience.  He has managed many Federal electrical, maintenance and building construction projects.  Mr. Heald has a strong electrical and equipment maintenance background.

 

Sean Bourke – Project Manager/Superintendent

Mr. Sean Bourke has 18+ years managing a diverse number of projects ranging from$20,000,000 to $85,000,000 for a variety of clients. Sean has worked with the Army Corp of Engineers, DOT, Federal Government IDIQ/MATOC, Design Build, and completed several (ground up) commercial projects throughout the United States ranging from 80,000 Sq. Ft. to 300,000 Sq. Ft. Sean also holds OSHA, EMT, and Environmental certifications in several states as well as a Structural Engineering Degree.

Ray Lisardo – Project Manager/Superintendent

Mr. Lisardo has over 36 years of experience in the construction industry, twenty-six of those years in Project management positions in California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah. His experiences cover the broad range of residential, commercial and industrial including State and Federal work. He has an extensive knowledge of the RMS/QCS, Scheduling, Estimating, Civil, and Architectural. He has experience working on LEED and green build projects as well as design and is a PMP. His business relationships have included work with Air Force, The Army Corp of Engineers, Dept of Interior, Forest Service & National Park Service, BLM, DOD, DOE and Department of Homeland Security. Ray holds a B-100 UT, Certification programs: Air Quality Management, Storm Water Regulation SWPP, ICBO- Category 10 Enforcement Building Code Inspector, Drafting and civil Engineering from Riverside City College of California.

 

Casey Stevens – Project Manager/Superintendent

Mr. Stevens has more than 15 years of construction and construction management experience.  He has overseen projects for multiple federal government agencies including the FAA and Air Force.  Mr. Stevens has received numerous letters of recommendations from government project managers that he works with.  Recent accomplishments include the successful completion of numerous high security FAA projects at the SLC ARTCC.

 

Ken Goble – Superintendent

Mr. Goble has over 8 years experience in the construction field. 5 years of management experience on FORT HOOD with various job that include utilities, over 10 new buildings from the ground up ranging from controlled storage for helicopter parts to office buildings, 17 barrack renovation ranging from 60 to 400 rooms and a 200 count Fiber Optic and 1500 pair copper back Bone for NORTH FORT HOOD.

Andy Stevens – Superintendent

Mr. Stevens has more than 10 years of construction and construction management experience.  He has overseen projects for the Air Force and GSA.  Recent accomplishments include the successful completion of an Air Force locker room renovation and a high security GSA interior renovation.

 

Jon VanBuren – Superintendent

Mr. Van Buren has 5 years experience in the Construction Industry with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University of Idaho.  He has a background in design and extensive knowledge of various construction software applications.

Mr. High has more than 9 years of superintendent and foreman experience working on federal government projects. Recent accomplishments include superintendent of a $2.8M NPS design/build maintenance complex in Grand Teton National Park.

Mr. High has more than 11 years of superintendent and foreman experience working on NPS, FAA and GSA projects. Mr. High has a strong background in excavation and utility construction.  Recent accomplishments include FAA airport work and NPS campground utility construction.

Sommer Meadows – Assistant Project Manager

Ms. Meadows has 5 years experience in the Construction Industry along with an extensive background in accounting, budgeting and value engineering. Sommer has specialized in Commercial construction and tenant finish work.

 

Stacey Sjerven – Painting Manager

Ms. Sjerven has over 13 years of painting and management experience including ownership of her own company for over 10 years.  Her experience includes all phases of government, commercial and residential.  She is known for her high quality results.

 

Teresa Callahan – Project Coordinator

Ms. Callahan has over 17 years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Coordinator/Engineer. Her experience includes all facets of administration and coordination of work on commercial, industrial civil, and federal government projects as well as high-end residential and resort projects.

Ms. Callahan is currently the Immediate Past President of the Salt Lake Chapter of NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction), where she also served as Treasurer and Director.

She holds a Construction Industry Technician certification and Construction Document Specialist certification through Clemson University, and also completed the Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors training course.
