E-Corp provided an excellent end product. The construction went very smoothly, and communication was extremely good. The management and oversight provided was extremely good and control of their subcontractors was outstanding.
E-Corp coordinated very well between all of the disciplines. The contractor looked ahead and anticipated many scenarios through the duration of the project in order to avoid change orders as a result of unforeseen conditions. A good contractor such as this one (E-Corp) takes this into account, plans ahead, anticipates, and compensates for these circumstances to the extent possible. E-Corp was very cooperative, pleasant to work with, and attentive to the customer for all their usual wants & desires.
E-Corp performed the work during the early winter months, completing ahead of schedule. Onsite Superintendent managed subcontractors well and kept in good communications with project inspectors. Work was completed without any adverse impacts to the visitors even though adjacent to the main park road. Very nice final project performed timely and safely.
